Improve the Quality and Quantity of Your Sleep

By now you may be wondering—what exactly is a 5 Day Challenge?

A 5 Day Challenge is a Focused 5 Day Series of learning information, and then taking action on what you've learned. It includes education, a daily micro-challenge, question & answer sessions, and community support in a private facebook group. This 5 Day Challenge will focus on Improving Your Sleep.

Each day of the challenge, you will receive an email with a link to a video training. You can listen to this at your leisure during the day. In the video, there will be a micro-challenge for you to take action on. There will also be helpful information and worksheets for you to download.

You will also have access to a private facebook group. All studies show that accountability and support are keys to success. In the facebook group, you'll have myself and other participants working alongside you for accountability, and for supporting you.

Plus ... you will receive another email each day with a link to a live Q and A with Holli. If you can't make the call live, no worries. You can submit your questions via email, and you can listen to the replay.

Wake up feeling refreshed

Just Imagine what it would feel like waking up refreshed and raring to go after a great night's sleep!

Improve the Quality and Quantity of Your Sleep

Helping women step into their best lives to achieve health, wealth, and happiness is my mission, and it’s so rewarding. Wellness is complex and starts with physical well-being. And believe it or not, this all could start with getting a good night’s sleep!

Why am I so passionate about a great night's sleep?

Ever since I was a little girl I have had problems with sleep. While everyone in my family was sleeping in, I was awake at the crack of dawn. It didn't matter what time I went to sleep; I was getting up too early. Even during my college years I remember going to bed while everyone was up and partying, so I didn't feel like 'death took a holiday' in the morning.

I have dealt with this issue most of my adult life as well, until I recently, noticed that my sleep was improving!. My curiosity took over and I started studying sleep with a vengeance. Sharing what I have discovered, can help change your life too!

Now the dry stuff about me—
