Approximately 40% of  people make a New Years resolution to eat healthier and/or  lose weight. Unfortunately between 50% and 80%  don’t keep their resolutions. The same people take a stab at this right before or during the summer season when it’s time to wear shorts and bathing suits.

I believe one of the reasons is the stress we put on ourselves when we say we’re on a diet.  So I say throw the word diet out the window and let’s try a non-diet. Let’s look at some changes you can make today while still feeling exciting and motivated to stick to and honor your resolutions.
