I'm Holli Rovenger, Mom, Dietitian, Author, and Entrepreneur, and I'll be Your Happiness Guide!

A little about me since we’re going to spend the next 30 days together (and hopefully beyond!). When I was a child, I was told I had a wonderful smile and that it would help me get through life so much easier. Although these words proved to be true, what I’ve learned and experienced is even more important…

It’s the mindset

About 10 years ago, I went through a major transition. My health, relationships, and money situations all changed drastically-- seemingly overnight. It was anything but easy, and it wasn’t my first big challenge.

The thing is, through it all I
CHOSE to be happy. And I did what was needed to make a change.

You may think happiness is “easy” for some people, just like you might look at someone who’s skinny and think it’s “easy” for them to stay in shape…

But the truth is they work at getting what they want, too! Just like I did, just like YOU can.
