Best practices for
Maintaining and Updating Your planner Over Time

To further enhance your experience—

When I was writing the Legacy Lifesaver, several people mentioned to me that they preferred recording on spreadsheets. Then, after questioning others, they said they would love to have a set of *printables with the book.
So … that’s why I created these extra resources for you!

*a Printable is defined as “something that is capable of being printed.”

WHY You May Want these Resources

If you are used to documenting and storing information on Spreadsheets, you’ll want to use the Legacy Lifesaver Spreadsheet Resource.

As far as the Printables, you may want to use the Printable Version of the Legacy Lifesaver Planner because:

  • Flexible and Easy Updates: Easily print updated pages whenever changes are needed, ensuring your information remains current and accurate.
  • Customizable Organization: Organize the information in a binder in a way that best suits your family’s needs. Add or remove sections as necessary to create a truly personalized planner.
  • Backup Copies: Provide each family member with a personal copy for added security. Ensure that important information is always available, even if one copy is misplaced or damaged.
  • Gifting and Legacy: Create a thoughtful, personal gift for family members during special occasions. A printed, filled-out planner makes a meaningful present that shares your legacy.
  • Family Collaboration: Foster closer relationships through collaborative family activities. Gather together to fill out the planner, share stories, and contribute to the documentation process.
  • Easier Sharing and Duplication: Easily duplicate and share important information with multiple family members, executors, or heirs. Ensure everyone has access to the same critical details.
  • Peace of Mind: Know that multiple physical copies provide immediate access to important information in emergencies. Your loved ones will have all the necessary details at their fingertips.
