Tip 3: Get off the sofa and Move.

  Exercise has  many health benefits. One of the benefits of Aerobic exercise is that it speeds up your metabolism, burns fat and helps you sleep better.  In addition, exercise increases the release of endorphorins – hormones that make you feel good.

If you work at a fairly sedentary job, stretch, get up and walk a little every hour or so – keeps your body moving and helps keep you alert!  If there are stairs, take them instead of the elevator.  You can opt to do a stair climb every hour or so at work to keep your body toned as well!
