Smaller Meals

Tip 1:  Eat small meals/snacks throughout the day.

Plan on eating every 3 -4 hours.  Eating this way fuels your metabolism and helps prevent blood sugar crashes and the binges that can follow.  ***Watch your portion sizes

If you eat only 2 meals a day it slows your metabolism down. Your body reacts as if it’s in “starvation mode,” so it stores the food you eat as fat. I had one client who I had to encourage to eat more so she could start losing weight!

This is the reason you are not hungry when you skip breakfast – your metabolism hasn’t been “kicked into gear.”
