Tip #1 Don’t Skip Meals

  If you go too long without eating, your blood sugar will drop. This usually leads to poor food choices and eating out of control.

I recommend eating smaller meals and snacks throughout the day to keep your blood sugar on an even keel.

Eating every 3-4 hours and including a good source of protein is the best way to go.
